Anti-Spam Policy

Anti-spam policy

The rules TechEmulsion follows for all outbound email and how to report a problem.

Last updated: September 4, 2026

Our Commitment

TechEmulsion LLC does not send unsolicited bulk email, and we do not permit our website or services to be advertised through unsolicited bulk email by anyone. This applies to our own staff, our contractors, our affiliates, our partners and any third party acting on our behalf.

What We Mean by Unsolicited Bulk Email

Unsolicited bulk email is any message sent in volume to recipients who have no relationship with us and no reasonable business reason to receive it. We do not send it and we do not pay anyone else to send it.

How We Contact People

We contact business recipients directly, one at a time, about their own business. Every message we send meets all of the following:

01.

It is addressed to a named individual at a named business, not to a purchased or scraped list of unverified addresses.

02.

It identifies TechEmulsion LLC as the sender and includes our registered business address.

03.

It uses a real, monitored reply address. We do not use false or forged headers, sender names or routing information.

04.

It uses a subject line that accurately describes the message.

05.

It includes a clear way to opt out.

06.

It relates to our own services. We do not send email on behalf of third-party advertisers.

Opting Out

Any recipient can opt out at any time by replying to the message or by emailing [email protected]. We honour every opt-out request. Once a recipient opts out, their address and their company domain are added to a permanent suppression list and no further messages are sent from any TechEmulsion domain.

We act on opt-out requests immediately and no later than ten business days, as required by the CAN-SPAM Act.

List Practices

We do not buy, rent, sell, trade or share email lists. We do not use scraped or harvested addresses. Where we source business contact data from third-party providers, we verify it before use and remove any address that bounces or that has previously opted out.

Affiliates and Third Parties

We do not operate an affiliate programme for our website, and no third party is authorised to promote TechEmulsion or any TechEmulsion domain through unsolicited email. Any party found doing so has their relationship with us terminated.

Compliance

Our outbound email practices are intended to comply with the United States CAN-SPAM Act of 2003, the Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable.

Reporting Abuse

If you have received a message that you believe breaches this policy, or that appears to advertise a TechEmulsion domain without authorisation, please report it to [email protected]. Please include the full message headers so we can identify the source. We investigate every report and respond within two business days.

Our Sending Domains

TechEmulsion sends email from techemulsion.com and from a small number of additional domains used for business development. All of them are covered by this policy.
