Tech Emulsion is building AI-native SaaS platforms, automation engines, and intelligent systems for global clients. We are looking for a high-agency engineer who codes with AI as a core collaborator, not as an assistant.

This role is for someone deeply comfortable with Claude Code, Cursor, Lovable, n8n, MCP, eval frameworks, and guardrails. You should know how to move from idea → prototype → production with structured thinking and strong system design.

Role Description

As an AI-Native Software Engineer, you will:

• Architect AI-powered systems using Claude Code and Cursor
• Build and ship Lovable-based SaaS frontends connected to real backends
• Design advanced automation workflows in n8n
• Implement MCP-compatible toolchains and local agent environments
• Create eval pipelines and guardrails for production reliability
• Deliver AI-native features for real client products

You will work directly with our AI and product teams to turn complex requirements into scalable systems.

Responsibilities

AI-Native Development

• Use Claude Code and Cursor as daily development partners
• Design structured prompts, tool-calling pipelines, and memory layers
• Implement MCP-based integrations and custom tool servers
• Create multi-step AI workflows and orchestration logic

Lovable & Rapid SaaS Prototyping

• Build high-quality frontends using Lovable
• Connect Lovable apps to Supabase, APIs, and automation engines
• Structure scalable SaaS architecture beyond simple prototypes

Guardrails & Evals

• Design structured JSON schemas and output validation
• Implement guardrails to prevent hallucinations and bad writes
• Build eval datasets and automated scoring systems
• Measure latency, consistency, and performance

Backend & Integration

• Build APIs in Node.js or Python
• Integrate LLMs with databases and external services
• Manage authentication, state, and logging
• Deploy production-ready AI systems

Team Collaboration

• Document clearly and communicate async
• Think in systems, not just features
• Take ownership of delivery

Qualifications

Required

• Hands-on experience with Claude Code and/or Cursor
• Experience building with Lovable
• Strong experience with n8n automation
• Solid understanding of MCP (Model Context Protocol)
• Experience designing guardrails and eval systems
• Ability to write JavaScript or Python fluently
• Strong problem-solving and structured thinking

Preferred

• Experience building AI agents or orchestration systems
• Experience with Supabase, Firebase, or PostgreSQL
• Experience deploying AI-native SaaS products
• Familiarity with Voice AI or multi-agent systems
